Legal certainty FAQ
What is the bank trust?
It is a trust (fideicomiso) that protects your investment. Your money and the land are held in the bank trust (regulated by Mexico’s CNBV), not in the developer’s assets.
Can I verify the permits?
Yes. All permits are public and verifiable. Request them from your advisor or review them at our offices.
Why does it matter that INAH cleared the land?
Because without this clearance, construction can be halted at any time if archaeological remains are discovered. Kumay has full clearance.
