What is included in the lot price?

The price includes the urbanized lot with complete underground infrastructure: electricity, drinking water, drainage, telecommunications, street lighting and access to all amenities. All protected under the Invex Bank Trust.

Is financing available?

Yes. Kumay offers direct developer financing — no bank, no credit bureau required. CARAO: 10% minimum down payment, monthly payments from $2,500 MXN. CUZAM (pre-sale): 15% minimum down payment, monthly payments from $3,000 MXN.

Can I build immediately?

You can start building once the lot is physically delivered and all deed transfer procedures are completed.

What permits does the development have?

Kumay has all required permits: INAH archaeological clearance, land use permit, CFE electrical feasibility and municipal subdivision permits. All approved before sales began.

How does the Invex Bank Trust work?

The Invex Bank Trust protects your investment. It guarantees transparency, legal protection and delivery per contract.
